Aluminium-Barium Master Alloy
To Specification TY 14-5-35-84
Used to deoxidize, modify and desulphurize iron-carbon alloys.
Being an active graphitizer, barium contributes to the
formation of a large number of graphitization centres in cast iron,
increases perlite and ferrite microhardness, equalizes chemical
inhomogeneity of castings, increases isotropy of their properties
and improves workability.
