At the end of year 2004 the leading producer of ligatures and chrome metal, the Kluchevsky Ferroalloy Plant, announced its shareholders' decision to found the Joint-Stock Company "Russian Chrome" formed by all enterprises and companies connected by activities with the Kluchevsky Ferroalloy Plant.
The Joint-Stock Company "Russian Chrome" is formed for purposes of achieving more effective methods of organization and management of the companies, as well as concentration of efforts towards attainment of the principal goal: strengthening the plant’s leading position as the largest producer of chrome metal and attendant products in the world.
As Raznoimport Trading GmbH is the exclusive trade representative of the plant and JSC "Russian Chrome" accordingly, the founders of Raznoimport Trading GmbH have made a decision to rename the company into "RusChrome Trading GmbH".
You, dear Clients, have only one change to take note of, ie the new company name. All familiar to you contact persons, telephone numbers and address will remain the same.
